Due to the nature of our products and sanitation precautions, MBY does not accept returns on powder or liquid products

Samples are highly suggested.  

If you purchased any tools or packaging, those are available for returns. There is a 14 day window from the time of delivery to make any returns. 

Please note that MBY does not currently offer prepaid return labels.

Makeup By You has taken lots of extra steps to provide samples for purchase on most products to give you an affordable way to experience the true colors and formula in person to see if the products are a good fit for you.
